While Anti-Convention 2023 saw over 400 chefs from 28 states and 8 countries, we’re reformatting the Anti-Convention to make it more accessible. Instead of a multi-day event we will hold a city-focused one day event. The Anti-Convention will continue its tradition of providing education, inspiration and networking/bonding opportunities. This new format will debut in San Diego on Monday Oct 28 2024 and then hit the road in 2025. If you are interested in attending or having your team attend, please fill in the form below.
